Open Menu from the sidebar. It has three sub-sections: Menu Items, Addon Groups and Schedules.

1. Create categories

  1. Menu → Menu Items → Add category.
  2. Name it (e.g. "Starters", "Mains", "Drinks").
  3. Drag categories to reorder them — this order appears on the POS and online.
  4. Save.

2. Add items

  1. Click Add item inside a category.
  2. Name, price, description (optional), photo (600 × 400 px min).
  3. Tax rate, if different from your default.
  4. Kitchen station — pick the station that prepares this item (Grill, Fryer, Drinks, etc.). This routes the ticket to the right printer or KDS screen.
  5. Save.
Menu items with kitchen station tags
Each item shows its station tag — Grill, Fryer, Drinks or Packing.

3. Variants (sizes, portions)

Use variants for the same dish at different prices — Small / Medium / Large.

  1. Open an item → Variants → Add variant.
  2. Name and price for each size.
  3. Save.

4. Addon groups (extras)

Add-on groups are extras a customer can add — "Choose a sauce", "Add toppings".

  1. Menu → Addon Groups → Add addon group.
  2. Name the group, add options with optional extra prices.
  3. Set Min (1 = required) and Max (1 = pick one; 0 = unlimited).
  4. Save.
  5. Open a menu item → Addon Groups → Add group to attach it.

5. Availability schedules

Show an item only at certain times — breakfast until 11:00, lunch specials Mon–Fri.

  1. Menu → Schedules → Add schedule.
  2. Set days and active hours.
  3. Open any item and assign the schedule under Availability.

Items with no schedule are always visible. You can bulk-import items from CSV — go to Menu Items → Import and download the template first.
