Terms of service

The terms for using Qavyo. Plain words where we can.

Last updated: 23 October 2026

These terms are between Qavyo (“Qavyo”, “we”) and the business that signs up for Qavyo (“you”). By using Qavyo you agree to them. If you use Qavyo for a business, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.

1. The service

Qavyo is software for running a business: point of sale, kitchen display, stock, staff, payroll, online ordering, reports and Qavyo Intelligence, delivered through the web and the Qavyo apps. What you can use depends on your plan.

2. Your account

  • Keep sign-in details, PINs and device pairing codes private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and on your paired devices.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Remove staff and devices that should no longer have access.

3. Free period, plans and payment

  • New businesses get 30 days of Full Qavyo. After that you choose a plan; features outside it lock, and your data stays.
  • Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract.
  • You can cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period already paid. We do not refund part periods unless the law requires it.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Text messages and similar usage beyond your plan are charged as shown in the app.

4. Your data

Your business data stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide Qavyo to you, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the staff and customer data you put into Qavyo, for example the consent customers give to marketing messages. You can export your data, and ask us to delete it when you leave.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Qavyo to break the law, send messages people did not agree to, try to reach another business’s data, disrupt the service, or copy or resell it.

6. Payments and tax

Qavyo records sales and payments. Card payments are handled by the payment processor you connect, under its own terms. You are responsible for your prices, receipts, tax returns and meeting the rules for your business.

7. Advice from Qavyo Intelligence

Suggestions from Qavyo Intelligence and the Farm advisor are estimates to help you decide. They are not financial, veterinary or professional advice; check them before you act.

8. Availability and offline use

We work to keep Qavyo available and to warn you before planned maintenance. Some features keep working offline (the till and kitchen screens), and sync when the connection returns. We cannot promise the service will never be interrupted.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, Qavyo is not liable for indirect loss or lost profits, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

10. Ending

You can stop using Qavyo at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or does not pay, after telling you where we reasonably can.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell account owners about important changes before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes go to the courts there, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
