Is the Starter price really all I pay?

The Starter price is for the Qavyo software in that plan, VAT included. Hardware, payment processing and third-party services are separate where they apply.

Do I need to buy a new POS terminal?

No. Qavyo runs on compatible tablets, phones and computers you already own. Add printers or other hardware only when you need them.

What happens during the first 30 days?

You get every available feature and Full Qavyo Intelligence for 30 days. After that, choose Starter, Growth or Business to continue.

Do I need a payment card to start?

No. You start the 30 days without a payment card, and you are not charged automatically.

What if I choose Starter after using Growth features?

Features outside Starter stop after the 30 days unless you choose a plan that includes them. Your data stays, and your Starter tools carry on.

What does 50% off the first year mean?

Pay for a year upfront and the first year costs half of twelve monthly payments. From the second year, a yearly plan costs ten monthly payments: 2 months free every year.

What is the Founding Lifetime offer?

Pay once and keep that plan’s software features for life. It is limited to the first 20 restaurants. Usage allowances such as texts and emails, and future paid services, are not included for life.

Why is the price different in my country?

Qavyo prices follow local incomes, so the same plan costs less in some countries. The page shows the price for where you are, and your plan is billed for the country your business is registered in.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move to another plan whenever your business needs change.

Are payment processing fees included?

No. Payment processing is separate from the Qavyo subscription and depends on your payment provider.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Qavyo subscriptions have no long-term contract.
